There are 4 bedrooms to be discovered, all on one level - In the principle bedroom, one King Bed, with bathroom ensuite and additionally, one Queen bedroom and two bedrooms with Full Sized beds, which all share a full bathroom. For your comfort, each bedroom has split AC units and ceiling fans, with additional split air-conditioning in the kitchen. Or you can just open the sliding glass doors in the living room, dining room, and family room and there is plenty of breeze year-round! Wireless internet is available  and TV with cable is available in the kitchen, family room, and 2 of the bedrooms. All 4 TV’s have built-in DVD/CD players. Laundry facilities are available and there is also a powder room near the kitchen. The closest swimming beach is the stunning Church Bay, also you will not be far from Horseshoe Bay Beach. Conveniently, the closest moped and electric car rental company is Oleanders, across from the Reefs Hotel, an approximate ten minute walk from the house. It is easy to catch a bus from the stops on the South Shore Road, going East or West. Summer 2024 July and August are available.
