If you enjoy cooking, a new kitchen was installed January 2018 and this area includes a comfortable family area with sofas for relaxing while enjoying the ocean view There is also a utility/mud room off the kitchen and a downstairs powder room.  The living and dining rooms lead out to a wonderful pool side sitting area with comfy sofas and a dining table, barbeque and fireplace.   Just a step away is the sparkling pool and the turquoise ocean. The spacious Master bedroom suite with King Bed and adjoning master bathroom with a tub and a walk in shower, is located on the ground floor and has French doors taking you out to the pool area. Leading up from a wide staircase in the central hall are the two further bedrooms. The second bedroom has a King size bed with a balcony offering ocean views and an ensuite bathroom with twin sinks and large glass shower. The third bedroom now has a King bed and has access to a bathroom in the adjoining hallway.
