This charming house has a stunning cliffside location with an uninterrupted view across the beautiful South Shore Ocean and is located within an easy walk of Church Bay Beach, a great favourite for snorkeling. This little cove is formed by coral cliffs at the western end of the south-shore beaches. Above the beach there is a spacious beach park at the top of a small hill. A steep pathway and a stairway from the park leads down to this wonderful beach. Buses on the South Road are within easy reach to Hamilton and Somerset. The casual living accommodation consists of a recently rennovated kitchen and a stylish open plan living and dining area with cedar French doors leading out to the garden, where you can sit and relax with your own special view, including Bermuda Longtails sweeping into their nests in the cliffs below. Also on this floor are two double bedrooms, ( one with Twin beds one with a Queen). These two bedrooms share a bathroom. The air conditioned Master Bedroom (TV) with large ensuite bathroom is also on this floor. Then, taking a flight of stairs down, is a separate studio apartment consisting of a living area (TV) with kitchenette and a Queen bedroom and private bathroom. There is a comfortable seating area and a Gas BBQ located in the garden immediately outside of the living area of the apartment. All the bedrooms are air conditioned. As well as the lawns overlooking the ocean, the remainder of the garden also has many pretty features. The Reefs Hotel is close by and also the famous Bermuda Lighthouse and Henry VIII pub. Rate includes, housekeeping once a week, electricity and local phone calls. If the occupancy is more than the preferred occupancy of 6 persons, subject to owner approval, the rate will be higher and $1150 a night. Electricity is payable by the guest for longer stays. Minimum 7 night rental. Definitely not a property safe for young children because of the cliffside location and steps on different levels. $150 cleaning fee is added to the booking
