This peaceful area is just a minute’s walk away from the picturesque scenic Railway Trails that lead all the way to Somerset & Southampton. Even more, it’s just a 7 minute gentle walk away is the World's Smallest Drawbridge, Somerset Bridge. Next to this bridge, you can also discover Bermuda Water Sports and the Marina. If you wish to explore the pristine ocean waters? Bermuda Water Sports offers boat rentals, jet ski tours, private boat tours, paddle-board & kayak rentals. In the opposite direction, approximately 20 minutes away, you will find yourself at the famous Port Royal PGA Golf Course & the Rockaway Ferry Terminal. Feeling hungry? In less than a 3 minute walk, you will find the neighborhood grocery store. A bus stop that leads to Royal Navel Dockyard rests only a little beyond there - where you can dine in local restaurants, swim with the dolphins, & peruse historical museums. On the opposite side of the road, another bus can take you East into the City of Hamilton, St. Georges, & beyond. For a more hotel like experience, the Pompano Beach Club (approximately a 20 minutes walk from the house) is the perfect place to dine and unwind. For nature lovers - Hog Bay Level Park is a 5 minutes walk from the house. This 10 acre estate displays Bermuda's natural glory on all sides of its hiking and biking trails. Booking terms

Electricity is included in short term rentals. To be discussed for long term rentals.

Housekeeping before and exit cleaning fee of $250. Weekly housekeeping by arrangement for stays over 7 nights. Wifi, linens, beach towels etc. all included.

Minimum booking 5 nights.

Shared pool access 10.00 am - 10.00 pm

No Smoking House.

Any booking taken after November 1^st2018 a 4.5% Vacation Rental Fee will be added, this will be 4.5% of the total rental ‘ nightly’ price.
