            Booking terms

            Included in the rate is electricity for short term stays, electricity normally paid by the guest for longer stays. WIFI included. Housekeeping before and after your stay and by arrangement for longer stays during the week. . NON SMOKING HOUSE. Minimum booking 5 nights.

            Any booking taken after November 1st 2018  a 4.5% Vacation Rental Fee will be added, this will be 4.5% of the total rental ‘ nightly’ price.

            For longer term stays, the rent is payable in advance for the full period booked
