The property offers stunning views over South Shore to Tuckers Town from most of the light and airy rooms, especially from the south-facing terrace – the perfect place to enjoy your coffee, a cocktail, casual meals or to simply star-gaze on a warm Bermuda night. Local favourite beach John Smiths Bay is a short walk and there are two bus stops at the end of the driveway, traveling east to St. Georges or west to the City of Hamilton. The house’s modern living accommodation flows easily from entrance hall to sitting room, through to a classic dining room and open kitchen. For TV viewing there is a comfy lounge with plenty of sofas and a tucked away Murphy bed for that extra guest (including a full bathroom off this room). From the ground level it is easy access through French doors to the private pool area where you can relax without being overlooked at all. The barbeque area is close to the kitchen and the pool, and includes a large teak table and chairs set for dining. You may also wish to explore the hilly garden path above the pool for further mesmerizing views over the Island. The stunning master king bedroom and modern bathroom is located on the ground level, along with king bedroom number two. To reach the other two ensuite bedrooms there is a wide staircase to the top floor and these bedrooms can be configured as king or twin beds - and share a balcony. The rate includes housekeeping once a week , extra housekeeping can be arranged on request. All maintenance and up keep of grounds and pool. Local Phone calls and WIFI. If the stay is long term, electricity is for the account of the guest. Seven night bookings preferred.
Any booking taken after November 1st 2018 a 4.5% Vacation Rental Fee will be added, this will be 4.5% of the total rental ‘ nightly’ price.
