Chantry, located high on a hill, enjoys one of the best views of the South Shore in Bermuda. Situated in Smiths Parish in an excellent residential area, you are only ten minutes to The Mid Ocean Club and Tuckers Point by cab. John Smiths Bay is the nearest beach; however the large cliff side infinity pool may suit some guests better for swimming! There is a cosy pool house next to the pool with a Queen bed and a bathroom, for an extra guest. In the main house most of the rooms look out over the south shore with uninterrupted ocean views. The house has a modern feel with wooden floors and tiles throughout. There are four bedrooms set on two different floors, upstairs the master bedroom has a King bed and the bedroom next door also has a King bed - these bedrooms share a large bathroom. The further two bedrooms, just off the main floor each have a Queen bed, again these bedrooms share a large bathroom. In a lower apartment is a bedroom with two single beds and a King bed - with its own bathroom. There is an extra cost if this room is opened for guests. However, still only 9 persons for total occupancy. The living accommodation comprises of a very spacious modern kitchen with stylish seating and a dining area, a comfortable TV/family room with a cloakroom (with shower) nearby and a lovely sitting room overlooking the ocean - there is also a small card room. To complete this wonderful vacation home are deep porches encircling most of the house - a great place to relax or entertain. Any booking taken after November 1st 2018, a 4.5% Vacation Rental Fee will be added, this will be 4.5% of the total rental ‘ nightly’ price.
