The fabulous pool at Cayuga can be used by the guests staying in this pretty apartment. Sit and relax and enjoy the wonderfull views over the Great Sound, or take a swim before retiring to your own private accommodation. The apartment is cottage style and is part of a larger property set in pretty gardens in a quiet neighbourhood. The spacious sitting room is separate from the kitchen, which has a dining area and two comfy seats to watch the flat screen TV. There is now a full stove in the kitchen and a microwave, toaster . The charming bedroom has a Queen bed and there is a full bathroom. Directly outside is the patio area with a dining table and chairs and a gas BBQ - to enjoy the warm evenings and to prepare a casual supper. Centrally located; you can walk down the country lane where Cayuga is located on to Burnt House Hill to Middle Road to catch a bus going East to Dockyard or West to Hamilton. All utilities are included and housekeeping, depending on length of stay there could be an extra charge for weekly housekeeping. No Smoking house

$150.00 cleaning fee
Any booking taken after November 1st 2018 a 4.5% Vacation Rental Fee will be added, this will be 4.5% of the total rental ‘ nightly’ price.
