Property description

This large 5-bedroom property has every amenity you need for a successful vacation -  as well as the breathtaking views of the Great Sound and Riddell’s Bay. Upon entering the property, set on two levels, you are on the upper level where there is a fitted kitchen with an eat-in breakfast bar and a formal dining room with French doors opening onto a balcony. On this level you can also take advantage of the study, a comfy TV room and an elegant living room with ornamental fireplace. The Primary Bedroom Suite is on this upper level with its own private coffee room. On the lower level, you have a second living room with two sets of French doors, one leading into a secluded outdoor garden with a pond and the other into a manicured garden with swimming pool. This living room also features an ornamental  fireplace and two portholes from the original Queen of Bermuda passenger ship. The 2nd primary bedroom has a King bed and en-suite bathroom with French doors accessing the garden. A 3rd bedroom has twin beds, its own private sitting room (with single sleep sofa) and bathroom en-suite. The twin beds can easily be made into a King Bed upon pre-arrival request.  A 4th bedroom has a Queen bed with French doors leading to the garden and full bathroom shared with the 5th bedroom having a trundle bed which can open to a King bed upon pre-arrival request. The swimming pool and cabana are sunken so as not to obstruct views of the Sound and Bay.  The iconic Horseshoe Bay Beach is about a 20-minute walk away. Bermuda's famous Gibbs Hill Lighthouse is a 10 minute walk, and the popular Henry VIII Restaurant  and The Reefs Hotel are also nearby. The Southampton Princess Hotel is presently closed but the Boundary Sports Grille - great for lunch or dinner - and the Turtle Hill Golf Course remain open and are an easy 5 minute walk away. The famous Waterlot Inn restaurant has reopened and is located at the bottom of the hill. There are four charge points at the property for the electric vehicles from ''Current Vehicles".             Booking terms

            THE RATE INCLUDES WIFI. electricity, local telephone calls and housekeeping service. Electricity will be paid by the guest for longer stays. Rate for extra guests on application, normally $200 per person per night; this house can sleep 15 persons. There are three double sleep sofas and a single sleep sofa. Age two and under (over 10 in the house) is $95 per person per night

            This home is also subject to the 7.25 % Bermuda OccupancyTax.

            Smoking or vaping is NOT permitted anywhere on the property or grounds. This includes the interior of the house and the property's structures, and it includes the exterior of the house and its structures, for example the grounds and driveway.

            Any booking taken after November 1st 2018,  a 4.5% Vacation Rental Fee will be added, this will be 4.5% of the total rental ‘ nightly’ price.

            Minimum booking of 7 nights is normally required. The rate for less than seven nights if approved is $2175.00 a night for 10 persons. $200 per person over 10 persons.   Age two and under (over 10 in the house) is $95 per person per night

             For longer term stays, the rent is payable in advance  for the full period booked.
