CANCELLATION TERMS:

a.     The Deposit specified in Section 5 of the Schedule hereto is payable by the Guest upon request by the Agent. It shall be considered a security deposit until check in date, at which time it shall be deemed to be a breakage/damage security deposit which shall be held by the Agent for and on behalf of the Owner as stakeholder in a non interest earning account. Processing of the refund will commence no earlier than 60 days after the check out date.

b.    In the event of a cancellation within the specified periods of the commencement date, the amounts will be forfeited for the benefit of the owner, less an administrative fee: 

190 - 121 days prior to arrival date will result in the loss of 50% of the entire deposit.

120 - 91 days prior to arrival date will result in the loss of the entire deposit.

90 - 57 days prior to arrival will result in the loss of 50% of the entire rental price.

56 days prior to arrival date or less will result in the loss of the entire rental price.

c.     In the event of a cancellation, an administrative fee ($300.00) will be deducted from the deposit and the deposit balance refunded. Should the deposit held be less than $300 the Guest agrees to forfeit the entire deposit as an administrative fee.
